1. Agreement

By signing in to or using the taleor sandbox ("the Service") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service is a sandbox

The Service is a trial and preview of our product. It may change, be interrupted, reset or removed at any time, with or without notice. Do not rely on it for anything critical, and keep your own copies of anything you upload.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google sign-in secure and tell us at support@taleor.net if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into the Service (media, venue and screen settings, text). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You promise that you have the right to upload it and that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to: break the law; upload harmful, unlawful or infringing content; attack, probe or overload the Service or other users; try to access accounts or data that are not yours; resell or share the Service without our written permission; or use automated tools to create accounts or send large volumes of requests.

6. The setup assistant (Oli)

Where the Service offers the setup assistant, it produces suggestions automatically. It can be wrong. Check its suggestions before you rely on them. Do not put passwords, payment details or other secrets in what you send to it. What you send is processed by a third-party language-model service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the assistant may be limited.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as legally permitted, we give no warranty that it will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limits of our liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. Otherwise, as far as legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability per claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose; for the free sandbox, that amount is zero.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (support@taleor.net). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if this is needed to protect the Service. We may also end the sandbox entirely.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you usually live remain unaffected. As far as legally permitted, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply as far as the law permits.
